The Strong Delusion: What Happens When God Brings You Truth and You Reject It

Where Was I When the Sign Appeared?

In yesterday's post, I ended with a warning: the strong delusion is not reserved exclusively for those who never believed. It is also promised to those who were given light and turned away from it.

Today I want to show you what that looks like — because I nearly became a case study.

On the morning of September 10, 2024 — the exact day His 364-day calendar identified as the Feast of Trumpets — AO fulfilled Deuteronomy 33:26 — He rode upon the heavens in the sight of thousands. Just after 5:31am ET a very bright light appeared in the sky over America heading west.

And I missed it.

I was asleep.

What Led Up to September 10th?

Let me back up. By September 2024, I had been walking with the Most High for about four years. He had shown me a great deal — the true Sabbath, the calendar, the true Israelites, the 400 years of Genesis 15:13. But I was still swimming in the toilet. I still believed in JC. I still held onto the New Testament. I had noticed serious problems with Christian theology — contradictions I could not explain away — but I had not yet rejected the idol.

I did a seven-day fast leading up to the Feast of Trumpets. I was waiting for something. I had a feeling that something would happen in the sky. A star appeared before the birth of Abraham (Jasher 8:1). A star appeared before the made-up story of JC (Matthew 2:2). A sign in the sky before AO restores His people? The pattern was undeniable. But I was not sure the calendar was even correct at that point, so I was watching the sky on the 8th and the 9th, looking up in the evening, expecting it would come at night.

I broke the fast on the night of September 9th. And like Ezra, when AO told him:

To show you such tokens I have leave; and if you will pray again, and weep as now, and fast seven days, you will hear yet greater things. — 4 Ezra 5:13

If you will pray yet more, and fast seven days again, I shall tell you greater things by day than I have heard. — 4 Ezra 6:31

The tokens He leaves — the breadcrumbs, the needles in haystacks of lies, the burning bushes — He shows them to those who fast and pray and seek Him. So I asked Him: Show me something new.

That night, He brought my attention to Matthew 24:30.

Not Deuteronomy 33:26. Not Isaiah 19:1. Not Psalm 68:4. Not 2 Samuel 22:11 — none of the verses in the Tanakh that actually prophesy this event. No. He brought me to the plagiarized version in the New Testament: Matthew 24:30.

The next morning, I was sleeping when the sign was fulfilled. Only later in the day did I see social media filling up with clips of the event — the light in the sky that thousands had witnessed while I slept through it.

Why Does God Hide Revelation from Some People?

I remember asking Him: Father, how many people on earth were actually waiting for this sign? I was — and You did not even let me see it. Why?

What am I missing?

You see, I have learned not to despise the chastening of the Almighty, because He chastens those whom He loves and He does it to bring you closer to the truth and by extension closer to Him.

Why would AO have let me see it? I was swimming in the toilet. I myself believed it was JC flying through the sky that night — which is exactly what the plagiarism of Matthew 24:30 was designed to make you believe.

For all these reasons, I did not deserve to see it. I tried to find the silver lining — that I would rather understand it than have seen it — but I kept that disappointment in my heart.

What Happens When God Brings You Truth and You Reject It?

Here is the thing about AO: He has many things He wants to say to us, but we cannot bear them all at once. JC actually said something true when he said this in John 16:12 — aside of course from the blasphemy of standing in the place of the Most High God. The toilet has a lot of truth in it, like that verse — because the best lie is ninety-nine percent truth. That is what makes it so dangerous.

But when you are ready to receive a piece of truth and He brings it to you — you better accept it. Because if you do not, you will experience what Zedekiah experienced.

Zedekiah asked Jeremiah to pray for him. Jeremiah delivered AO's word. And Zedekiah rejected it. What followed?

10 And the king of Babylon slew the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes: he slew also all the princes of Judah in Babylon.

11 Then he put out Zedekiah's eyes, and the king of Babylon bound him in chains, and carried him to Babylon, and put him in prison till the day of his death. — Jeremiah 52:10–11

His children became a prey — slain before his eyes. Then his eyes were put out — the physical manifestation of losing all discernment. And he was literally bound in chains and carried off to Babylon — into confusion. Three consequences: your children become a prey, your sight is taken, and your mind is imprisoned until death.

This is what the strong delusion looks like when it falls on someone who was given light and turned away from it. It is not merely ignorance. It is judgment.

I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spoke, they did not hear; but they did evil before My eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not. — Isaiah 66:4

Then shall they call upon Me, but I will not answer; they shall seek Me early, but they shall not find Me. For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of AO. — Proverbs 1:28–29

How Can You Be So Close to the Truth and Still Be Deceived?

While I still had these unresolved questions about the New Testament, I started going down to Atlanta to preach to Israelites. I made a flyer and I would stand in front of predominantly black churches and pass them out.

View the flyer — and look at it carefully, because it is a snapshot of exactly where I was. The truth is all over it: Deuteronomy 28:68, Genesis 15:13, the 400 years, America as Egypt. But so is the deception: YAHUSHA, Matthew 15:24, Revelation 1:14-15. Truth and error on the same page.

That is the masterpiece. You can come a long way on the journey to the truth and still be swimming in the toilet. That is the goal of the New Testament — it is Edom's greatest work, designed to deceive Jacob. And it is not a mistake that it is the final exam. AO Himself is the one administering the test:

If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder comes to pass... you shall not hearken to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams. For AO your God proves you, to know whether you love AO your God with all your heart and with all your soul. — Deuteronomy 13:1–3

This is where I met Philip Anything Mitchell and his Church 2819. The numbers add up — 28 + 19 = 47. The Masonic identifier — the angle of the compass in the Freemason logo, the 47th element (silver), the 47th president. Church 2819 is a Freemasonic production. And what are the builders building? The great work — the climax of the second Egypt — see Genesis 47, where the first Egypt rose to power and enslaved all its citizens. The same blueprint they have been executing for centuries.

He told his congregation: if you are a Hebrew Israelite, you can be here, but you cannot spread your doctrine here. You cannot give out pamphlets in the parking lot. We will hunt you down and put you out or we will bring you to the Lord JC.

They called the cops on me. They threw my flyers in the trash. And then IUIC heard his comments and an army of Hebrew Israelites descended upon his church. Funny how the Most High works. They called the cops on one man, and an army showed up instead.

What If Everything You Believed About the Messiah Was Wrong?

But it was during my time driving to Atlanta that I met brother Ram — a Hebrew Israelite who knew he was a Hebrew Israelite but who had rejected JC and the entire New Testament.

My mind was blown. How can you know you are an Israelite but reject the Messiah? Isn't that going backwards?

We spoke for over two hours in a Dunkin' Donuts parking lot. He called his older brother on speaker and they were both trying to edify me, but I could not see it. I was like Eleazar and Ishmael on the mountain — looking at the same evidence and seeing nothing more than like the other mountains of the earth.

However, that encounter stuck in my mind like a splinter. A few months later, I sent him this text:

"I kept everything you said in my heart and if I am wrong about something I will gladly admit it."

That is the key. I did not reject what he said outright. I did not harden my heart. I kept it — the way Jacob kept Joseph's dream in his heart and pondered it. The splinter was working.

Does God Plant Seeds of Truth Before the Full Revelation?

AO plants splinters. He sends people into your life — a brother Ram at a Dunkin' Donuts, a burning bush on a mountainside, a light in the sky you were not allowed to see — and He watches. Will you turn aside? Will you keep it in your heart? Or will you harden yourself and walk away?

I was not ready to receive the full truth when Ram shared it with me. But I did not reject it either. I kept it. And AO honored that.

Because what happened next changed everything.

My friend, brother James, sent me a video. And when I watched it for the first time, my head started to spin and I had to sit down.

Tomorrow, we will look at what was in that video — the Scriptures that shattered the strong delusion of JC and revealed who the true Messiah actually is. And we will see what happens to real people when they are brought this same truth and refuse it.
