The King of the North — Christianity

The King of the North is Christianity. The sun. The West. The empire of the second flame.America is the pinnacle of its power whose currency is stamped with 13, whose capital is a Roman temple, whose presidents are sworn in on a New Testament canon written by Edom.

In Daniel 11, the King of the North dominates the chapter from verse 6 onward. He pushes south. He breaks treaties. He worships Mahuzzim — the god of fortresses (v. 38). He honors a god his fathers did not know — with gold and silver and precious stones (v. 38). That is the god of military power. The god of the Pentagon. The god of the United States of America.

The King of the North is the tallest tower. He is the loudest voice in this negotiation. He is the one calling the press conference and writing the deal. And his heart is set on mischief.

In Daniel 11, the King of the South pushes back. He fights. He loses ground. He gains it. He marches and is broken. He is not the dominant king in the chapter — he is the lesser partner at the table.
